Made-to-Order Policy
Because most items are printed on demand specifically for you, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons like sizing or change of mind. Please check size guides carefully before ordering.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or misprinted, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Digital Downloads
Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded, except in cases of a technical error preventing access to your file.
Books (L.P. Henson — The Author)
Physical book returns follow the same defective/damaged policy above. Digital editions purchased through third-party retailers (Kindle, Draft2Digital partners) are subject to that retailer's return policy.
